I had a homemaker that was never on time, I was approved for 4 hours/5 days per never did receiver this service, Monday 1 hour, Tuesday no show, Wednesday 2 hours, Thursday 2 hours and Friday no show called many times to Addus downtown Chicago office, but no answer or call back. I had a bad experience with this company.
