They keep calling to come out and my grandmother has been dead for 5 months when we werent even using them anymore. when she died because they were awful when she died which is why they dont know shes dead. They call my phone every week asking for here like they are retarded.

Kankakee Addus is worst run business in History. I go thru this Every Sunday. I have to go to work and caregiver never shows up. Im going to lose my job over this CRAP.. i have called them a thousand times and corporate but THESE PEOPLE JUST DONT GIVE A DAM. WHAT IF IT WAS THEIR LOVED ONE, HOW WOULD THEY FEEL ABOUT THIS...THEY WOULD NOT BE HAPPY AT ALL. I had a homemaker that was never on time, I was approved for 4 hours/5 days per never did receiver this service, Monday 1 hour, Tuesday no show, Wednesday 2 hours, Thursday 2 hours and Friday no show called many times to Addus downtown Chicago office, but no answer or call back. I had a bad experience with this company.
