My dealership indicated that I needed an alignment but because of other issues I did not trust them to do it right. I made an appointment at 9:00 AM and was done at 9:40 AM. Addison Auto Shop was so easy to work with, the people were very educated and helpful, and I could not be happier with their work! I dropped my BMW off with a huge dent in it, and honestly didn't even recognize my car upon pick up. It looks brand new! My car is from 2002, and with their flawless body work, there is no way to tell there was ever an accident. They were able to pop out the dent, and didn't even need to order any new pieces. 5 stars because they stand behind their warranty!! Had a blown head gasket on my daughters 4Runner last summer. They repaired it. It apparently wasn't repaired correctly and it blew 2 more times over the next 6 months and THEY COVERED IT 100% each time without flinching! It's being rebuilt/repaired correctly this time (they figured out what the former mechanic may have missed) and they couldn't be more gracious about honoring their work and warranty. Great customer service! Car looks good. Made the experience of getting car fixed because of a car accident painless.
I went to Addison to have my oil changed and tires rotated... Everyone there was great from Dayle who worked the front desk to the mechanics and chuck the service writer. I would highly recommend Addison to anyone looking for collision repair or Maintenance on their vehicle.
