For me, 25+ years of great service I first met Jim and Brenda Addison in 1983 when I brought my Saab in for service. I was very impressed and have been bringing all my cars since to them. It is because I find Addison Auto to be trustworthy. I trust them to tell me what needs to be done AND what does not need to be done. I can recommend Addison without reservations.
RecommendedI highly recommend this place. they'll take care of you the right way the 1st time. I had e-brake issues for about a year that seemed to have stumped other automotive repair shops but Addison solved it in half a day! very relieved that i don't have to worry about the safety of family or others. We had a minor accident with our 2015 Honda and selected Addison to complete the repair. They were very professional, accurate in the estimate and completed sooner than promised. We were completely satisfied. And the car was returned to us having been cleaned. It looked great! 👍👍

Had a scheduling mishap but when I showed up Diana was able to fit me in. I worked with Josh & he was able to give me a quick, fair estimate. Checked my truck over, gave me options, & was able to align my truck bed that same day. He was polite, down to earth, & honest. I was in & out in less than an hour! Will definitely be coming back here for future needs.
