Addison's service was beyond my expectations. They are professional, efficient, and highly competent. They kept in touch throughout the process of repairing my damaged vehicle and completed the work within a week. They encouraged me to contact them with any questions, and I was impressed that I could talk directly to the expert who was working on my car, rather than going through the middle man typical of dealerships. The repair is perfect -- my car looks new!
Just picked up my jeep wrangler after a less than major collision. They fixed/replaced everything and it looks as good as new. I guess you'd expect that. What I didn't expect, was the detailing they did in addition. The car looked showroom new when I got it. Nice touch!
Love Addison Auto Repair! Every time I have needed any type of service on our vehicles, the folks at Addison have always been fair, honest and forthright. They make a point to thoroughly explain issues and procedures that your car may be facing and allow you to decide the next move. I bring it in early in the morning and they give me a ride to work and will pick me up when its ready. Excellent business and I highly recommend it. Thank you Addison!

My dealership indicated that I needed an alignment but because of other issues I did not trust them to do it right. I made an appointment at 9:00 AM and was done at 9:40 AM.
