My first time going (a few weeks ago). Stylist was unprofessional. Appeared as she did not know what she was doing, she continued to ask another stylist what to do next with my hair. (I went in to get a blonde/ brown highlight). Let's just say I walked out having to re-dye my the same color I walked in with. And when it turned some crazy colors, the stylist then blamed it on me for apparently not telling her i had my hair rinsed long before. My hair still to this day is DAMAGED, DRY, and BROKEN OFF.
