I paid Addario's for 35000 for duct work and plumbing. Today I was informed that the plumbing part of my contract will not be done anymore. I complained to BBB and will complain to District Attorney of Massachusetts. I contacted my lawyer for legal issues. Please do not hire these people. They are not good people especially Josh the coordinator. Maybe they discriminate me since I am a female or Asian.
You won't know what you'll be charged until you get the bill: I contacted Addario about an intermittent gas smell from my furnace; we had National Grid in previously and they said it was not an emergency but that we should have someone check it out. I contacted Addario for their $129 Furnace Repair Consulation which is described as: "We will come to your home; Present you with personalized solutions on what to do next; Evaluate the situation; Deliver you cost effective offers" etc. It also says "Upfront pricing."
