When they tour the community to get you to rent, they show the facilities to get you, then after you are in... they decide what, when or where you can enjoy them!!!!! DON’T GET CHEATED as all of us here!!!! OPEN YOUR EYES!! Suddenly a great community has become a prison. Savannah City Regulations regarding use of gyms, etc.,. have been lifted since May, we now in the middle of September still our facilities hours are restricted or closed... Magda, Because our amenities are opened to our residents during business hours, you still have access to the pool through the leasing office! A severe storm took all our gates offline, therefore the locks are to keep the amenities free of intruders afterhours. Please contact the leasing office should you have any questions!.

I have lived at Adara for a year and half. Lauren and her staff are fabulous and very friendly and helpful!! The amenities are outstanding and the neighbors help to make this community my home!!
The staff are awesome folks I have lived here just renewed my second year lease the rent actually went down a few dollars. The staff Larsen Property manager,Nikki, Mr Gene and Derek in maintenance great if you ever have an issue that needs atte7the service is Professional,fast! I had one instance I needed 2 maintenance issues light bulbs and new air filter Derek had these completed within 3 hours of my request Thank you Team Adara Stephen Moseley

The customer service at Adara Godley Station was beyond exceptional. The entire staff (Ashley, Jena, Lauren and Heather) went above and beyond to ensure the entire process was smooth. I was in a bit of a time crunch and needed to find a new place before the end of the month; and they exceeded my expectations. However, before my scheduled move in date, I received a job offer out of the area and needed some time to make a decision; and Ashley was so understanding and more than willing to work with me. Excellent team and beautiful community... you must check it out!!
We have been here for 6 months. The leasing office ppl are super nice and respond quickly to anything that goes wrong with your apartment. They have a doggy park for our fur babies. I enjoy their amenities a lot and everything is brand new! The area is nice and so are these apartments. I use to live at a place where things weren’t taken care of quickly. So I’m thankful for our maintenance people here ! Thank you !
The apartment was perfect in every detail. The managers and leasing agents are heads and tails above their competitors. The maintenance team is prompt and professional. The amenities are beautiful. And you can not beat the location. The only reason I am not still at Adara is I purchased a new home. I very highly recommend this apartment community to anyone.
