Best product ever! It's like discovering chocolate and peanut butter for the first time! If you can't sleep because it's too quiet then you need a Lectrofan! I have been sleeping with a fan going for years even in the winter time. I first seen one of these units at my eye doctors office. I thought it was an air purifier, I asked my eye doctor what it was he told me that it was a Lectrofan that it is a sound machine. I knew I had to have one...So I bought one and I love it! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!
Phenomenal customer service! I have been a huge fan of the lectrofan since I had my first son 3 years ago! Now both my boys are incredible sleepers thanks to them! I started having a small issue with one, I couldn't even tell them if it was my 3 year old one or 2 year old one. They immediately sent me out a new unit, no questions asked and no grief. Very rarely do I come across such outstanding customer service these days! Huge thanks to Joel for his great support and kudos for standing behind your product 110%!!!! ���
I love this company's products and how they stand behind what they sell! I have their Lectrofan Micro and it is absolutely amazing! With one of their sounds being the sound of the ocean, you can drift off to sleep anytime and anywhere with this device! I highly recommend the company! Have any questions? Ask them? or ask me! I love them! AND if you have a problem with one of their products, go straight to them! They will make it right!
My Fiance and I love our Sound machine! We live in a busy city, right next to a subway track, and having this machine greatly improves our sleep quality. They also have AWESOME customer service. Our 12 week old puppy gnawed every cord in our house , and I contact the company for a cord replacement ,expecting to pay for it. Jack replied and asked for a photo of our pup in exchange for a replacement cord. Very happy with this company!
Have now had our machine for 4 years. Best sleep ever! Glad we discovered it!
