I love my Lectrofan, better than my Dohm. And when it stopped working, I emailed customer service and Ira replied within minutes! And minutes later, a replacement unit was being shipped to me. A product I love and excellent customer service. I am totally impressed!
No more deceptive non-return policies on items. I bought an item from their Amazon store only to find that returns are not allowed -- despite their "satisfaction guaranteed" listed. This is atrocious.

My lectro micro was a life changer! Helps me sleeo and stay asleep! Mine stopped working after a year but the customer service of this company is outstanding! After contacting them with my situation they over nighted a replacement machine so i can continue getting great sleep! Amazing products and even better customer service! I am now looking into purchasing one of the bigger sleep systems!!
I've been using the Sound+Sleep machine for years and absolutely love it! I can't sleep without it! I recently had an issue, but their customer service took care of it, and the agent was SO nice and helpful! Great company, incredible products, superb customer service!
