Lived at one of their building in Boyle Heights for exactly one year. They are absolutely the worst management company you could possibly rent from. This is the only review I have ever left on yelp and made an account just to warn people how corrupt they are. Upon moving into the rental it was clear it had never been cleaned. There was dust covering the floors and white spray paint marks on the wood floor. The wood moldings around the doors had not been painted, I can add photos for reference.
