We have one an she sits on her phone the whole time (4hrs). if given a task she does half the task. Staff will be calling an requesting adaptive staff not to return to this home. This generation seems to think playing games or scrolling thru their phones are more important than paying attention to the clients they have. She also doesn't have any staff sign out for her.
I have to say been there about 5 months at first I thought it was a wonderful company. The communication between workers in the office and employees is horrible. There were many times I never got paid for bonuses correctly. If a client complained about caregivers never told them why. After having to stress all weekend over issues. I decided it was best to leave.
I’ve been with adaptive for about four years and I’m done with them they can’t keep workers and the ones they have have no work ethic. They don’t show and they don’t come on time when they do work. The office also doesn’t hold there workers to any standards.
The communication between the office staff and the employees could have been better. Overall I'd work here again.
