I was client. The aide was constantly late and the manager thought is was ok. Several discussions about her being did nothing. The manger actually said I should be more flexeble, a wasted gym membership.

I have worked as an HHA for adaptive for the past year and have never felt more apart of a family and at home with a company. They are very understanding of each employee’s specific schedule, and very accommodating in finding you a client that fits with your schedule. If something comes up suddenly they are very understanding with your situation and never make you feel as if you are unconvincing them. For this reason as a mother of 5, they have been able to give me a schedule that works best in having a great home/work life ... read more
