I want to sincerely thank my case manager Chad and the staff at Connective Home Health for making sure that my complicated medical needs were met. From calling my doctor and being on hold for half an hour, to hand carrying orders to them, they have made sure that my care is a priority. I cannot say enough about how they have been so caring to me. I highly recommend this Home Health Care Company.
I really enjoyed working with Brandon W. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and I couldn't have been more pleased with our progress.
Everyone I spoke to was attentive to my concerns, and was able to assist with any questions I had on my care. The nurses here take patient care more seriously than I’ve ever experienced.
