My 12-year-old son has been seeing the team at Adaptive Physiotherapy & Massage for many years on different occasions, and we’ve had the chance to see all the physios there – Theo, Matt, George, and Keegan. They all have excellent knowledge and skills and really understand the needs of young athletes. My son visits regularly to help maintain his body and prevent injuries, and it’s been a huge help in supporting his training and keeping him active and confident. Highly recommend them!
I saw George for my ankle sprain. He is an awesome physiotherapist. I would highly recommend him.

Saw Matt for physio work and he was awesome—knew exactly what was going on with my shoulder from tennis and helped me get back to playing pain-free. Highly recommend!
George is great. Excellent Physiotherapist. I had ongoing knee pain that was getting worse with running. He gave me a plan that actually worked. Also I love the gym environemtn to train in. Highly recommend.
