Great job replastering n tiling the pool edge. I loved how it turned out! I am not a young person, and made a big mistake thinking they would explain the operation of all the new equipment we purchased once the pool was refurbished. Young man seemed 2 be over his head with the technology. Phone calls were not productive. No one seemed interested once full payment was made. .
We had our 24000 gallon pool remodeled with pebble sheen, new waterline tile, and coping. My wife nitpicked over every detail. The crews working and the owner Jeremy were wonderful in their attention to detail and craftsmanship. I would definitely hire Adam’s again for any pool build or pool remodel need.
The company’s representative was a NO-SHOW for our scheduled appointment. The woman answering the office phone did not really seem to care. After checking back the following day.... same response! I again left a message for the young nan and never heard back. If this is how they treat prospective customers, I would hate to see how they respond should a problem arise during a pool remodel!
