Forgot to register my Carrier unit for the 10 yr parts warranty, and I was beyond the 90 day window so only qualified for 5 yr warranty instead. Called the local company that installed it to see if they could do anything, but told me tough luck and to try reaching out to Carrier directly. Our AC unit was making a pulsating sound. Angel came out and carefully checked the unit, tightening up any loose items. Hopeful that the problem was resolved. Angel is always thorough and always explains what he finds.

Another company, Cactus plumbing and air came out 30 minutes before you and told us that the only thing we could do was replace our unit and that we would be without ac for at least 3 days, there was no other option.
