I had my AC Blower Motor not working so air was not circulating inside the home. I had another company/technician do the diagnostic and was charging way too much for the repair(only labor charges). I reached out to Adam's as they are Authorized dealer for Carrier(my HVAC unit manufacturer). They were able to schedule the appointment quickly and also gave a courtesy call letting me know when the technician will arrive.
