Was provided a 4-hour window and received a call about an hour before that window that a tech was on the away. Yeah! Appreciated the timeliness.
Two years ago I chose Adam’s Refrigeration and a 5 ton Carrier infinity unit. Awesome unit!! Halved our electric bill with a 22 SEER rating, Totally worth it. I got the service partner right (Adam’s), excellent people that care about the relationship which is rare nowadays. They come out twice a year for three years as included in the price and make sure your unit is ready for cooling or heating season.
