Awesome service! The staff at Adams dealership were very helpful! I Highly recommend this dealership! There were a few errors that came up on the dash of the new car as I drove it back to Townsville but after a phone call to David, he booked it in to get looked at so hopefully it's nothing major. Great service guys, thanks again!

Mark was an excellent sales person. Answered all my questions, sent me pictures, videos did everything I asked. Ended up buying car blind sighted and was rapped when picked up keys. I highly recommend that know body buys a car from Adams I have had nothing but problems and they always refuse to fix the problems the continue to come up with excuses on why they can't fix the problems. Every mechanic that I have seen have all said the same thing that these problems should have been fixed before the car was even put up for sale. And if you get the extended 3yr warranty DON'T EXPECT THEM TO FIX ANYTHING UNDER WARRANTY. They will refuse to fix any problems and continue to come up with excuses as to why they c... read more
