Non-roadworthy sized tyres on non-roadworthy sized wheels with multiple cracks on the rims, one of which was "repaired" with resin, yet came with a roadworthy certificate. Oh yeah and the front tyres were significantly under the load rating for the vehicle. Lucky I'm still alive to write this!
