This is definitely the worst dentist office I’ve ever been to. The lady who answers the phone is rude, and after looking at other reviews, it seems like everyone else agrees. Honestly, I should have never started coming here. Every time I have an appointment, there’s always at least a 40-minute wait. They are horrible whenever they don’t want to answer your questions they leave you on hold for a long time hoping you will hang up & when you don’t hang up they hang up on you while on hold & wont answer your calls anymore. They discriminate against anyone who is not of Hispanic descent but are located in Washington DC where black and white people are spending their hard earned money.
The reason I give one star is because the only person is a professional is gentleman dentis, the woman dentist is busy all the time with the phone when she is cleaning your teeth and also she just brushes kid's teeth. We do the form for cleaning not for brushing teeth. I take my kids there and they did only brush teeth and I asked and they said is the only one they can do under a 14 year old. I don't want to go back also if you ask for a gentleman dentist they don’t want.
The front desk is so rude. I was hung up on after asking if I can get my crown out on sooner since the temp was broken. They’ve apparently been understaffed for months having people wait weeks before being seen.
A very great experience from the front desk to the dental assistants and the doctor. Loved how they explained every step of my visit in details. Made me feel welcome and excellent customer service.
