Possibly the worst rental group in DC hands down. I scheduled two tours with this company and both times they didn’t show up. No call/No Show. It’s not worth your time going to see this apartment building. There are many other places in the area that will show up to their listing appointment If I could give them a Zero I would. I also spoke to people as I was doing some reconnaissance and I think dodged a massive headache. People said onsite maintenance is terrible and the overall leasing group.
The community is friendly and location is amazing.
New property management seems to really have cleaned things up. We’ve lived here for six months, and haven’t seen a single mouse or roach in the unit. The views of the park are wonderful, and the building has a really nice community of folks, young and old.
