We had a great experience this morning from Kenny. Our door was off the track on one side. He was very thorough in repair and to figure out why we have had frequent repairs. He explained everything in terms we could understand and shared good news and bad to allow us to make a decision on replacement. Had great customer service today from our service Agent, Kenny~ thanks for coming out so quickly to fix our garage door.
Both cables and the spring popped off, so we couldn't even lift the garage door manually! Within 24 hours, Kenny was here and did a fantastic and speedy but thorough job of fixing the door. A bonus was that he was a nice guy!
Very quick professional service from Ryan today. Fixed my broken tension cable and installed new rollers. I would definitely use them again.

Adams Door was very efficient and professional from the initial call to our repairman. He located the problem, repaired it, and went the extra mile to lubricate the door and secured wires that were wobbling around.
Have used Adams service for years. For the first time, I used the online service booking last evening (it was after hours when my door decided to misbehave). In the past, I would have waited until morning to call the office. The process was FLAWLESS! Technician Kenny was here this morning as scheduled, and got things adjusted and back to operational. Although he had to be freezing his rear, was more than courteous and pleasant to work with. 🙂 I highly recommend utilizing online service booking!
