My Son found a truck I had been wanting on Cars.Com. Told my son they could not sell it that low must be a bait and switch deal. Called the next morning and was told by salesman Jimmie Rines that was the real price!! We recently decided to go towards St. Louis (about 2 1/2 hours) to look for a specific vehicle, as we were having trouble finding one in our area. We first went into St. Louis to another dealership, who did nothing but insult us regarding a pristine trade-in with extremely low mileage. Best car buying experience ever. I saved thousands over local dealers. It was definitely well worth the flight to St. Louis and 950 mile drive home. My sales rep, Dave Pusa was always available, know his products and didn't try to up sale on options or services. Greg from finance couldn't have been more helpful. Honest dealer, honest deal. I would not hesitate to buy from Laura again.

I recently took my GMC pickup in for service at Laura Buick GMC in Collinsville Illinois. They informed me that they had no loaner car for me to use at the time and they went ahead and serviced my truck so I could make my doctor appointment. This had to be the fastest I've ever had an oil change. Laura's staff are all very friendly and easy to deal with.
