Our 6-month old 2021 Yukon ran into a valve train problem recently. This happened a week before we were scheduled to go on a much awaited road trip vacation. Service Manager Pablo went out of his way to source for replacement parts in 2 days, something that would have normally taken weeks, if not months. He and his technicians worked tirelessly to repair the SUV. The problem was resolved in 5 days. We thank Pablo and his team for a job well done.
Ryan Nimmo was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I walked in to the showroom thinking of just looking at a new car but was so impressed by what I saw that I drove home with a new car that very same day.

Paul demonstrated superior customer service from the beginning. He greeted us with a very warm, genuine smile and offered to bring the vans we wanted to look at, inside the bay because it was very cold.

Every one was very helpful and friendly. There was one used car manager that could not have been a bigger jerk. However the sales man Jason Turner and manager Rick Wickler were great.
