Took care of me when the car couldn't get fixed, gave us a loaner to use until service was completed.
The Serra Chevrolet in Madison, TN. does not take care of their customers. The Service Department lies to their customers and does not honor Chevrolet warranties. Tom Bannen Chevrolet was a much better dealership to deal with. Save your time and money and purchase a vehicle from someone else. I won't buy another vehicle from these loan sharks.

1-Get things in writing. Sales promises but GM refuses to deliver! 2-Service have daily AM meetings that run late, don't make 7am appt.

We went there looking for a used truck and were disappointed. I called about one that was online and the salesman told us it was a great truck and to come in. Of course it was a POS and luckily the salesman that helped us when we arrived told us he would not have had us drive an hour to see the truck we had originally called about.
They charged my mom 2.5 hours of labor $250 and $2.98 in parts to fix two 6 inch 18ga wires. It only took them 40mins about to find the problem and after looking at the repair I know it took maybe 10mins to fix. Do not go, they rip off the elderly!
I live in Denver, CO and purchased my new GMC Sierra at Laura GMC. The price could not be beat and Steve Rogers was awesome to deal with. The price listed was the price I paid and the best price I could find in the country. VERY HAPPY NEW TRUCK OWNER!!!
