From almost the minute I stepped in the door for my 9am appointment, Nicole at the front desk was spewing hatred towards Mexicans. While it seemed like the other patients in the waiting room largely agreed with her rhetoric, I had enough by 9:30am and cancelled my appointment. Doctor Ellis has been my family physician for nearly 20 years. He's very professional yet easy & makes patients feel very comfortable to speak to, yet is very stern when need be. He's very polite and has been my saving grace when I tend take serious health issues too lightly.

I have health insurance that he accepts but past few months I'm told to pay cash or I can't see the doctor cause now he dont take it . Didnt seem right to me or my wife so she called an my insurance lady told me save all the eceipts cause she's looking into this. As for the visits I'm always there hours in the filthy waiting room to be called back in another room waiting longer just to be rushed out of my appointment. Only good thing staff is nice. It's hard to get another doctor but I'm going to be switching soon.

I was very happy with him. It was my first visit as my other doctor retired. He was very interested in what was worrying me and was very thorough. My husband is going to be his pt also!
I have been trying for 2 weeks to make arrangements to get referrals for a colonoscopy next month and so far, no luck. The answering service is sympathetic to my situation and has taken messages, but, so far, no luck. I have been told that he has been sick. I just wish there was an associate who can help me with my situation. I also have issues with anxiety and depression and can not serve on jury duty (I find it hard to focus). This guy is an incompetent boob with the worst staff in the history of people. They are in the office yet NEVER answer their phone always have the answering service on. They schedule you for an appt and it is at least a 2 hr wait to be seen. He gave my diabetic husband medication that was beginning to cause kidney failure (luckily it was caught). This idiot needs his license taken away.
The frequency in which this doctors office is just “closed” without any reason given is wildly suspicious to me. It’s a total people mill, the doctor rushes you in and out. He once requested I get blood work done then explained nothing to me about it. I believe this man is just milking peoples insurance.
