Dr Pitts performed an emergency procedure on my husband 12 years ago after a mountain bike accident. Saved all his teeth and did an excellent job. He has since removed all three of our kids' wisdom teeth (2017, 2019 and yesterday). Busy office but a good doctor.
I'd give this a zero star if I can. PLEASE CHOOSE A DIFF ORAL SURGEON IF YOU CAN.
Find a better provider. Dr. Pitts seemed fine form the extremely brief moments I saw him (2 hours at the office, 45 minutes waiting in a room, 4 minutes with him) I was given a quote for an outpatient surgery that I had already had explained fully by the referring doctor, then I found out days later that it did not include hospital charges or an overnight stay for the hospital since it requires an observation period. This place is barely worthy of 1 star. Long story short, if you want to avoid a lot of stress and complications, find somewhere else! Some workers may be fine, but most of the ones I dealt with I couldn’t get a straight answer with or they gave me wrong information… Specifically two people: A girl named Lexi, and a man Nurse Chris… Lexi gave me false information about my insurance & Chris literally had me repeat a question on the phone because he wasn’t listening “sorry someone else asked me a question” & then was like “oh d... read more
