This Guy's not honest, I am a lender and have been in the mortgage business for over 20 years. Recently the appraisal management company my company uses contracted Mr. Henry to complete an appraisal for a home purchase. He had committed to providing us with finished product on a Thursday, when we reached out to him on that Friday he stated "he had made a mistake on square footage, and he was going back out for additional compairable sales. That is correct I have never met Mr. Henry and that's the only thing here that he's said to date that's been honest. You see we can not contact Appraisers directly during the course of a lending transaction due to NMLS guides from ***************. So you have to use an Appraisal Management Company, where Mr. Henry is on the panel of the management company we use. I wouldn't dare reach out to this guy directly because after I wrote him directly, he said " I was threatening" which again is the furthest from the truth. Then he ... read more
