Adam's Electronic's is AWESOME!!! Adam's Electronics is the best electronical store I have ever been to. They have great knowledge, prices, customer service and there turn around time is very quick. I worked with Alex on 3 computers and he is phenominal. I drove from the San Gabriel Valley because I heard they had great service and am so glad I did. Just like a good car mechanic, when you find a great one - you keep them.
They came to our home, diagnosed the problem, promised a call back later with an estimate. Two - Three days later, estimate. Came back out to install part. Pulled connection from back of TV and broke connector. Claimed that the Board sent from JVC was defective and blew out my power source. Took TV. Told me I would get $120 back if they could not fix TV. Called JVC. Called us and said ever bigger problem. Would cost over $1,000 to fix. Kept my $120. Wanted us to buy another TV from them.
Adam's Electronics Whenever I go into any of the big chain stores...you can almost never find an employee to help you.. much less be knowledgable about electronics...This cannot be said of "Adam's Electronics"....John the "Service Manager" always answers any question I have concerning anything to do with electronics......his personal approach to the customer is greatly appreciated ...his loyalty to his customers makes me a loyal customer to "Adams Electronics"...highly recommended
Adam's Electronics is Bad service They called to schedule come to fix my TV with Digital receiving problems, they called and schedule 3 to 4 times and nerve show up with all the excused?. with wrong parts, not received parts. Etc. Recently they call me again to made another schedule after I accepted the date , they change their original schedule again .; What kind of the service do I have from them? Should I request from COSCO to change different service dealer?
Most Expensive Repair Place Around I had a Sony video camera that the internal charging unit went out and it took them about 5 days to get back with me with an estimate. It was double the amount I paid for the camera 3 years before and on top of it, I subsequently found 2 other reputable places to repair my camera for 1/5th of what Adams wanted.
100 STARS!!!! I was sad when my tv broke down but I was very fortunate to have sony refer me to Adam's Electronics. The repair man, Joe was awesome. He was helpful, easy to talk to, and knew what he was doing and he repaired my tv in a quick manner. If you need electronic repairs done I would recommend calling Adam's and asking for Joe, because he is the guy that will get the job done for you. I know I'll be coming to him with all my tv questions. Thank you Joe and Thanks Adam's for hiring people like Joe!
Just had my HP Photosmart Printer fixed by Adams. I was helped by Nilda (both coming and going), who was very knowledgeable and helpful. They promised the fix within 3-5 days and under $90. It was ready in 3 days and was $87!! They are friendly, intelligent and helpful people. They've been there over 20 years and I hope they stay around. This is the second machine they've helped me with and the service and prices have not changed much in 15 years!
I want to complement Joe the TV technician at Adam's Electronics, he came and fixed my Panasonic Plasma TV the same day I called. He was was very nice and charged a reasonable amount. I reccomend Joe for any TV repair.
Adams Electronics true professionals Adams Electronics really impressed me with their service. I just had a technician come to my house to fix my Sony Kv34xbr800 TV that had no picture and 7 flashing stand by code lights. Every step from Loren in the office to Duc my technician was punctual, professional and efficient. I haven't received such good service in a long time, Saved me a bunch of money and was just generally impressed at the expertise of Duc my tech. Thanks Adams!
