Horrible service and incompetent personnel. I took a Brother printer in for factory service/repair and they let the machine sit in their shop for a week. When I came to pick it up they laughed at me when I requested that they run a copy test on the machine. Of course it still does not work, and I’m stuck.

THIS COMPANY IS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. REMINDS ME OF THE WAY BUSINESS WAS 40 YRS AGO. EMPLOYEES ARE SINCERE AND COURTEOUS. I BROUGHT IN MY AV RECEIVER FOR A WARRANTY REPAIR ON WEDNESDAY AM RECEIVED A CALL THE NEXT DAY AT 3PM TELLING ME THE REPAIR WAS COMPLETED. THEY REPLACED 22 TRANSISTORS, MY RECEIVER SOUNDS BETTER THAN WHEN IT WAS NEW. THEY REALLY GOT MT ATTENTION.

I selected Adam's Electronics because I needed to find a Marantz authorized service center close to where we live (we don't have one in the San Diego area). My Blu-ray/Cd player was making a squeaky noise when playing music.The technicians at A'sE identified the problem immediately, ordered the parts, fixed it, and shipped it back, via FedEx, in two weeks. Because my unit was still under the warrantry, Marantz paid for the parts, labor and for shipping it back to me. Hats off to you A'sE!

I have taken several printers to Adam's electronics to be diagnosed and fixed. Adam's Electronics has excellent customer service. John is terrific and takes time and care in taking in my order for repair. He is very courteous and takes time to explain what to anticipate for turn around time. The diagnosis is made and I get a phone call explaining what the problem is, what the fix is and how much it will cost so I can make an informed decision to fix or not fix. My hard drive crashed and I thought I was going to lose everything. I brought it to Adam's Electronics and they went above and beyond to help me. Not only was this my work computer that has all my business information on it, but it is also where I have the last 8 years of photos and videos stored of my children with no back up. The staff at Adam's Electronics were able to completely save all the information on my failing hard drive and transfer everything to a new one. My hard drive crashed and within one hour I was able to take my laptop in to Adam's Electronics. Due to the fact that I work from home and my computer is my livelyhood, the great staff at Adam's Electronics promised to get it back to me with urgency. Alex worked on my laptop for me and got it back to me with less than a 24hr turnover! Not only did he fix my hard drive, but he went above and beyond with protecting it from future issues. I have taken my computer to Adam’s several times in the past and have always felt I have gotten a fair deal (obviously, one of the reasons that I keep coming back). This past week my system started making a grinding noise so I thought I had better take it in before it dies on me. I was also having problems with it locking up upon start up. I have been using Adam's Electronics for more than 15 years. My 50" Pioneer TV had no picture. I called them and Joe came out the next day, replaced the power supply and had it fixed. I recommend him and Adam's Electronics to any customer.
