RecommendedScott at Adams Electronics handled my insurance claim lens repair with great service. It was a new model lens introduced to the market just two weeks prior, and an impact drop repair. He requested photos before sending it to him so he could determine whether it would need to be sent on to Nikon, then judged that their repair shop could probably handle it despite being 100% new on the market. I was a little nervous to send my expensive DSLR to a company I'd never heard of but the service was spectacular. They called me right away to let me know what was wrong with my camera and I had it back working in about two weeks. I'd use them again.
The staff is knowledgeable and helpful
Nothing but a bunch of scam artists! First I was told they would repair my Denon AV receiver then after they received it, they told me they would charge me $200 to repair it because it wasn't purchased from a box store, it was purchased from a custom home theater company. I asked them to just send the receiver back to me and I would take it somewhere else. Now they are refusing to even give me my receiver back unless I give them a credit card number. This place is a total SCAM!!! BEWARE
Outstanding service. Above and beyond what I expected. The manager was exceptionally courteous and competent. I had an issue with my Infinity subwoofer. Adams electronics handled all the paperwork and warranty issues with the manufacturer. Fast efficient and most importantly, a very high level of expertise.
Every electronic I bought from this place broke. My LG TV broke, my Toshiba TV cannot handle HDMI plugs, and my HP laptop I bought from here does not meet the standards they said it would. In conclusion Adam's Electronics are full of lying cheapskates out to steal your money.
Meghan was an excellent help with my Onkyo! I wasn't left in the dark with communication. I couldn't be more pleased!
