I am a visually impaired person, and I had some difficulty with my computer, turns out it just needed a little cleaning and re-organizing. The gentleman of Quihn to my house was so professional so kind and really gave me some really good advice that prevented me from having to buy a new computer and spend money that I didn’t need to spend. Been going to Adam’s for a few years now. I’m a mobile DJ who occasionally needs speaker/subwoofer repair. They’re always very helpful and are knowledgeable. Can’t recommend them enough.
Repair of a high-end Astell & Kern DAP as an authorized North American agent for the Korean company to whom they sent the unit after examining it and determining that it needed a factory repair, keeping me informed by text throughout the process and returning it to me in perfect condition for my listening pleasure today in Canada
Expensive for the repair needed. They charge $40 for a $12 power adapter. Overall service took 2 weeks and item came back working properly
