Adams electronics offers fantastic service even to difficult customers like myself frantic to fix what I thought was a defective receiver they took the time twice to hook it up and the second time sent videos. Will the service tech explained everything in detail and was kind throughout the whole process. They promptly shipped back my device and neither times did it come back with a smudge or finger print on it. Thank you for taking great care of my Onkyo TXRZ70 while it was in your care.
Sent in my unit for a minor repair and they broke my unit claiming the small issue caused a bigger power supply issue. I sent it in to a different shop and had it fixed right.
Friendly and great service
Rip off!!! Paid for a service. Not only was that service not done but they claimed parts were no good that were in fact fine. 320$ for nothing!!! Was able to service myself and work perfectly now.
Terrible customer service. Lied about service they didn't preform. Charging customers for work they don't do. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE
