Have been many times always excellent service. In particular, came in for a custom wedding band to fit my engagement ring. Instead of trying to upsell he showed me a ring in the shop absolutely stunning and fit my ring excellently. Raffi recognises me everytime I come in as I have been a loyal customer of 10 years+. I always recomend this jeweller.
Had my wedding band and engagement ring resized today, they did a great job! Raffi recoated them and gave a nice polish. You have to try very hard to see the resized mark, better than I expected! Their pricing is also the best around. I asked a few other places, the price can easily be doubled! Very happy to see my ring all as new again!
Fast and excellent service. I’d been procrastinating for years about getting some jewellery repaired, but finally stopped in around 5pm one afternoon. By 5:30pm everything was beautifully fixed. I was also given great advice on how to prevent issues in the future. I now know exactly where I’ll go if I ever have jewellery problems again.
