Dr. Mandel has always been very professional and on time. He explains the procedure in layman's terms and is extremely easy to talk to and also listens to my concerns. I don’t ever feel rushed with my appointment. His assistant Eric is also knowledgeable to talk to. Would definitely recommend Dr. Mandel and the Excel staff to others.
