Adam is a terrific realtor and I would highly recommend him. My family and I were living overseas when we had to sell our co-op apartment due to rental restrictions. Adam successfully managed our tenant's move out, cleaning and painting of the apartment, listing, and then ultimately completing the sale within 2 months! We communicated almost entirely through email and Adam responded within minutes even with a 6 hour time difference. He really went above and beyond! AAA+++ rating from us.

I was instantly impressed by Adam's relationship-building skills and knowledge base from the first time we met! He came to our condo to assess what he felt would be an appropriate sale price and provided us with a multitude of comps in the area. I highly recommend working with Adam. This is my first home buying experience and I had a ton of questions throughout the process. We used Pey who is Adam's partner. He came highly recommended from a friend. He is definetly the best agent! Very hard working and will totally fight to get you the best deal. He is to the point, direct and will tell you everything ypu need to know to make the best decision. Will definetely use him for my next search. I have recommended Pey to everyone I know.

Adam was able to prepare me for the selling process by meeting with me in advance to provide timelines, advice on staging, and providing options for hiring help to get my condo ready. I was moving for a new job and in a bit of a rush to sell, but he knew exactly when to get it on the market, knew how long it should take to sell for my area, and priced it so we got more offers than I expected. Adam, Pey, and Lawton made our first time home buying experience a breeze. My wife and I were on a tight timeline since we are expecting our first child in November, and Adam and his team stepped up to help us find a house and get through the purchase process with plenty of time to spare. Adam and Pey patiently answered all of our rookie questions since this was our first time to purchase a house.
