Adam was my real estate agent for my first home purchase. He and his assistant agent Steve Donahoe handled my purchase. While Adam & Steve did not have as much personal knowledge about the area I bought in, they was able to make up for it in doing research on comps and using past experience with other condo purchases. Adam did the negotiation of my purchase. He was calm and encouraging through a bit of back and forth with the sellers. All in all, I'd highly recommend Adam & his team.

I had a fantastic experience with Adam. He helped me buy a new condo, sell the one I was previously living in, and close on both, all within two months! He always addressed my questions and responded in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him and his team to friends and family!

My wife and I had were struggling to buy a house in the DC market. We got rejected for two bids and all of the nightmares you hear about buying a house were becoming a reality. Adam and his team are knowledgeable about the DC and surrounding area. They are very detail oriented when they go to list your home and want to ensure that everything is in order to garner the best results. They are quick to follow up and adjust the strategy when necessary.

I had a great experience with Adam. He was very helpful and pointed out what needed to be done to sell my home quickly. The strategy was to stage my home and paint. The result was amazing I got 17 offers and over 100 showings as soon as my house went on the market. The end result it sold within a day above asking price. The bottom line is the skills and experience Adam Isaacson showed is the reason my home sold quickly and with less stress on myself. He is very good at what he does which is a great benefit to a seller.

Adam and his team were very helpful in the process of selling our property. 1. Fast 2. Efficient in organizing all aspects of the sale in my absence. I do not live in the US at present, but Adam took care of everything very effectively. 3. The suggestion to to a 'staging' was very good. I had not thought of it myself. 4. Adam made himself available after office hours (to account for time differences between DC and where I live) to discuss all aspects of the sale.

I would highly recommend Adam. As a first time home buyers, my husband and I didn't know the first thing about buying a home. Adam was terrific in helping my wife and I find our first home! He guided us through the entire process and was extremely responsive. He sincerely had our back throughout the process and he was very honest when we had questions. He made it very clear that he would not let us purchase a home until we were comfortable and excited.
