Adam Docktor did an outstanding job helping us lease two warehouse spaces in the Fort Lauderdale area, including one in Wilton Manors. One of the spaces was around 2,500 SF and the other was a slightly larger industrial space. The Wilton Manors property was especially challenging because the zoning had recently changed from traditional warehouse/industrial zoning to retail as the city continues to evolve.
