Koenigsberg Adam D Md - is anything but family oriented!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNREALISTIC POLICIES!!! Eric, the office manager, kicked my wife out in a very unprofessional manner because she brought more than the maximum number of children allowed in their facility at one time for an appointment. NEVER AGAIN! I had the worst experience of my life with that office. Erik (the office manager) is one of the rudest people I have ever come in contact with in my life. They sent me a bill OVER 7 months after my appointment telling me that the claim was not paid by my insurance...when I called my insurance company they had NO record that the claim was ever submitted. Erik failed to submit it in a timely manor therefore insurance would not cover it. We went back and fourth and he hung up on me and then hung up on the insurance... read more
Ophthalmologist Dr Koenigsberg Saved my Son's Life This doctor will be in my heart forever. He saved my son's life. My son had been complaining of seeing blurry vision in one eye. He had been to see a few other doctor's including another eye doctor who felt it was not serious or might have been something he was born with. Billing Nightmare I had made an appointment with Dr. Koenigsberg and was unable to cancel within the 24 hrs. time frame. I paid the missed appointment fee but because it did not fall within the 10 days they give you to pay they sent it to collections. Now they are trying to collect over $100 in fees without any services being performed. Would never refer anyone to this company or doctor.
Worst Treatment Ever I have visited Dr Adam Koenigsberg and I have had the worst experience of my life time. The administrator (Erik Koenigsberg) seems to have the entire control of the office administration and they made my visit really miserable. I have visited them 4 months ago and they keep sending me bills. Rated Number #1 Ophthalmologist in Jacksonville I just moved from Washington, D.C. and needed an Ophthalmologist to follow up with my medical eye condition. Well, to my surprise, I walked into a wonderfully decorated office with very friendly office staff... Very different from where I lived. They even had plentiful parking. I felt very welcomed.
