I found Dr Bitterman to b arrogant, curt, and rude. I went twice, and then switched doctors.
Dr. Bitterman is an excellent surgeon and more amazing. compassionate person. He spent a great deal of time with me going over my options prior to surgery, explained everything that would happen during the procedure and was thorough with his post-surgical care and follow-up. I never felt rushed or forced into a decision. I even received a call from him the day after my surgery to see how i was doing. I would highly recommend him to all others in need of an orthopaedic surgeon in the area.
Front desk is very helpful and courteous. Staff is kind and knowledgable. Dr. Bitterman is professional, thoughtful and thorough in his diagnosis.
