What an unorganized group handles making his appointments and verification of insurance. I made an appointment after I found the doctor on the Aetna website. When I called the office I gave them the name of my insurance, plan name and policy number so they could verify they were in network. After driving an hour to the office for my appointment they tell me they are not in network. Very unprofessional and inept. Not sure if the doctor is any good, but his staff that runs his office is unorganized and inefficient.
Dr Becker I would classify as the best kindest caring man I have encountered at 59 I broke my foot requiring surgery follow up PT etc and Dr Becker could not of been more supportive during my visits and I am back to normal now with his support Highly recommended
Great doctor but every one of his locations run late. I understand waiting 20-30 mins but an hour + is not ideal for people that have responsibilities they need to get to.
I have been a patient of Dr.Becker though there were problems in the beginning. Dr. Becker and his staff have been helpful and attentive
I saw Dr. Becker for a complete Achilles Tendon tear. Dr. Becker recommended that surgery was not a good option due to other health conditions and opted to treat with immobilization and physical therapy which appears to be working well without medical intervention. Dr. Becker is caring, with a great bedside manner and explained the pros and cons of surgical and non-surgical treatment to me in detail. I recommend him highly for any foot problem!
