Dr. Becker is brilliant…a true master at his craft. I had been suffering from Achilles tendinosis for close to a decade. My condition was becoming progressively worse, as I was walking with a pronounced limp 100% of the time. The pain was unbearable. Surgery was the only option. This surgery was inevitable and there was no other option. My first consultation with a different surgeon was incredibly uncomfortable. He had someone on Zoom listening in on my consultation without my consent. That person ended up making me cry. I’m sure it wasn’t intentional, but I was so distraught I had to leave work early. Thankfully, my employers made a few calls and recommended Dr. Becker. This place needs to get better with staff. They overbook and have a room filled with patients who are sick coughing, complaining, and yelling. I had to wait 2 hours and 30 minutes just to get inside the examination room, then after that I still waited another hour for the doctor to come into the room. I don’t think this is appropriate in any way. Some people drove from far to attend their appointments to then leave right away when they heard it was a 2 hour wait.
