This surgery was inevitable and there was no other option. My first consultation with a different surgeon was incredibly uncomfortable. He had someone on Zoom listening in on my consultation without my consent. That person ended up making me cry. I’m sure it wasn’t intentional, but I was so distraught I had to leave work early. This place needs to get better with staff. They overbook and have a room filled with patients who are sick coughing, complaining, and yelling. I had to wait 2 hours and 30 minutes just to get inside the examination room, then after that I still waited another hour for the doctor to come into the room. I don’t think this is appropriate in any way. Some people drove from far to attend their appointments to then leave right away when they heard it was a 2 hour wait.

Dr. Becker is amazing! When I ruptured my Achilles, he explained the best options for recovery. Two weeks later, I had surgery. The staff was amazing! I’m now 5 months post op and with the help of physical therapy and Dr. Becker, I’m doing great. My road to recovery wasn’t rushed and he allowed adequate time for me to heal each step of the way.

What an unorganized group handles making his appointments and verification of insurance. I made an appointment after I found the doctor on the Aetna website. When I called the office I gave them the name of my insurance, plan name and policy number so they could verify they were in network. After driving an hour to the office for my appointment they tell me they are not in network. Very unprofessional and inept. Not sure if the doctor is any good, but his staff that runs his office is unorganized and inefficient.
