Bilco window I had for 15 years started to leak. Was very anxious about tearing it out and having it replaced. However, Adam Basement came in and did such a professional job. All of the crew were extremely courteous and walked me through every step of the process. They totally went above and beyond with some extra things that I asked them to do while they were here. Thanks Steve and crew for making this experience a lot less stressful. And the window looks great!

My French drain failed 2 yrs ago after 22 yrs at my house (I am the original owner) and had it repaired by a local company in DE. I recently purchased a new home which, I found out, had some water issues. Steve was great in that he came over and gave me his professional opinion of our situation. He went over everything in a simple manner (which included pictures, diagrams, etc) so that I could easily understand what was happening and what Adam Basement was planning to do to fix it.
