Test orders are entered by someone who makes mistakes (such as ordering urine test for a patient with an upper respiratory infection—-and this was an 82 year old patient who had seen this doctor the week before so the doctor knew the patient was fragile—-, failing to order thyroid test for a patient who has a history of thyroid problems, etc), replies to patients through the patient portal take 1 week or more even with the patients repeatedly asking for help, wait time in the waiting room is 1 hour or more then more waiting ... read more
