I chose adalante to make my wedding cake.. I sent a picture of exactly what I wanted and when my dad picked it up.. it was similar. But the colors were WAY off.. when I asked if she would maybe airbrush it or something.. to make it match my colors a little better (I was willing to pay) she said "no, you didn't ask for airbrushing so I'm not going to do it" RUDE The cake tasted alright, kind of dry but it worked.. ended up using food coloring and many hours before my wedding trying to get it to kind of match my wedding better... read more
I called Lisa in a last minute panic to make my sister's wedding cake. She was so kind and helpful and pulled it off for us. It was DELICIOUS!! Spice cake with cream cheese filling-- sooo good! And she matched the exact design we were looking for- thank you!!

We chose Adalante for our daughter's wedding and were so pleased with our decision. Lisa is so great to work with and always has great suggestions. As a wedding planner and owner of Two Dandelions by Diane Reis, I get to spend time with lots of vendors and caterers and can tell you that Adalante is one of the very best! We had a sit down dinner with 250 guests and the Adalante staff pulled it off perfectly! Adalante also made the beautiful and delicious wedding cake! I can highly recommend Adalante for your event!!!
The food was amazing today! I loved the fact that they kept bringing fresh trays to the table and replacing the trays that had been sitting there(that's attention to detail). The desert dishes were also out of this world! Do not pass go, do not collect $200 without trying Adalante!
