RecommendedBest catering company in town hands down! 10/10 recommend for all events. My husband and I were well taken care of during our wedding day. Not only did they prepare our food fresh the day of (which was delicious!!), but Lisa calmed all of our anxiety and stress throughout the day. Everyone truly went above and beyond for us. It’s been hard to find a cake place in Tyler that delivers on taste, appearance, and customer service, and I’m so glad I found out that Adalante does cakes because they were excellent at all three! Lisa went above and beyond my requests for my son’s birthday cakes - they looked awesome and were moist. Very creative with my loose design concept too! Glad to have finally found my “cake lady”!
Adalante Catering did a superb job at my sister's wedding reception. The guests were most complimentary of all the food and every detail from the rentals to the set up to take down of the reception hall were handled to perfection. The bride's cake was exceptionally beautiful. Lisa is great to work with and professional in every way. Wonderful event. Highly recommend.
Adalante is so much more than just a catering business. Lisa is exactly the woman you want when planning a wedding. She responds quickly to emails (a must when planning a wedding). She is very knowledgeable about the wedding industry (also very helpful when planning a wedding). She also has so many options for food (everything we tasted was delicious).
