I deeply enjoy going to the store. The experience is made great with tea, and even better with the employees who demonstrate both a beautiful passion and knowledge for tea and are continuously learn and teach.
I just left here and had the most pleasant experience! I was helped by Laura who is awesome! Very friendly and super helpful. You can try any tea you want before purchase, and they'll even make it the way you like (sugar, honey, etc.) I also got 5 bags of tea for $24! To me, a great deal. I am highly impressed, and definitely will be back soon for more! Thank you for the awesome visit!
Friendly staff and the Chicago chai is pretty tasty. I am new to the area and dropped in yesterday as I was exploring my new surroundings. Definitely plan to stop in again soon when I have more time to check out all they have to offer!

Best place to go for your tea ever! Def a hidden gem. Whenever we go in they treat us great. The prices really are outstanding especially when you get the loose tea. The flavors are always great. My only complaint is that I wish they had valentine's day tea year round (but that's OK. . Last time I asked they rummaged around to get me some!)
First time I have ever been to Adagio Teas, was immediately blown away by the number of teas available! Staff of the store was extremely courteous and friendly, showed me when the various teas could be located. Ended up buying 5 bags of green tea in various flavors, plus was given a very generous amount of free samples! I will definitely be visiting the store again soon!
