RecommendedStopped by for the first time and was overwhelmed by the sheer variety of teas. But fear not, for the extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff were there to point me in the right direction and answer all my questions. Also, is you're one of those people who gets warm fuzzy feelings when things are organized by color, you're going to love it here. all the teas are color coordinated from black to green to herbal. I had a great experience and will definitely return.
I experienced amazing customer service! I enjoy jasmine tea, and I got to sample three different kinds before making my choice. This place is tea nirvana! They have both loose tea and the same tea in tea bags. I can't wait to schedule a tasting! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Bugs in tea tin and no store communication or response from corporate after complaint. Won’t be shopping there again!
Love this store. They are very helpful, have great tasting events. Lots to choose from and they are very knowledgeable about their products and can help you make choices.
Good products but poor customer service! Even with a receipt and within 8 days of purchase, Store Manager Laura and representative were less than professional when asking for a refund even to the point of making rude comments as I left. They made it very apparent this was not something they wanted to do even though store policy states merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Nice customer service skills!
I ordered 5 flavors online Thur last week and hit them today! The Apricot is AMAZING!! Thank you so much for fast shipping and a great tea!

While my toddler and inlaws visited the children’s museum, I got to go exploring Naperville with my husband. I love adagio’s website, I love the store even more. They have a very clean and calming store, and you can smell the teas in little canisters, that are self serve which help so much when shopping for tea. I am from the other side of the country, and wish we had an adagio near, I would be a regular customer �.
