I have been to a medical facility that actually cared about me and they made me feel comfortable. I haven't seen compassion for patients and concern about care in a long time.. it really does make you feel better when someone takes the time to listen. From the beginning the first time I called. The complete process schedule a appointment, paperwork, checking in,triage , and the Dr visit and rescheduling.I felt welcome. thanks to the very nice ladies. I do highly recommend this medical facility.
I been hung up on. Told to call this person and wait I get the run around. Horrible customer service.
The best care real people that care
Very polite, from the front office people to the nurses and everyone in between . They ACTUALLY care and make you feel welcomed and talk to you in a respectful manner. I would recommend them to anyone. I love this office ! They are helpful to understand where your pain is located and to help you navigate through day to day life with that pain, dr O’Neill has saved my life and made my quality of life go up every day!
