I initially came in for an acrylic set and a pedicure, but after waiting over an hour and observing multiple sanitation and cleanliness concerns, I requested to change my services to polish only. When I politely informed the staff, my request was loudly called out across the salon in a rude and unprofessional manner. The atmosphere was anything but relaxing, and I found the staff’s behavior to be intrusive and overstepping. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

As someone who is brand new to Ada I relied heavily on Google reviews when looking for a nail salon after work. I first stopped at Traci Nail Salon because it was closest to me. When I arrived, there were only a few people there, but I was told it would be over two hours before they could get me in for an acrylic fill. No problem…I decided to keep looking.
