I bought a used truck for Ada dodge. I live in OKC so I asked the salesman to confirm the fluids were changed.. Oil, filters etc. Also asked if the 100,000 service was done. I was told all fluids and filters were changed and 100k service was done per dodge specs... When the vehicle arrived the tires were shot, was not cleaned AND my Okc dodge tech said fluids weren't change for at least 20-30,000 miles!! they tell you one thing on the phone then tell you another thing in the store when you come in . i would stay away from this place . i have bought a truck from them and it has been a piece of junk .i have had nothing but trouble with it. i spent 1000. s to fix it but no help from them once you buy it. you are on your own. you are not there problem .but they don't have a problem taking your money .i have been lied to and treated like i don't know anything but if i can help other people to stay away from here where they do not... read more

Just bought a used Lexus IS250 here. Best car buying experience. I live out of state and Cade and Chris worked with me to get all the details figured out and the paperwork ready in advance. When we arrived at the dealership everything was exactly as he had described. Cade bent over backwards to be accommodating and ensure we had a great experience. Cade and Chris were the nicest people I have ever dealt with in the car business. Would recommend without hesitation.

They get zero stars. Worst service and rude. They told me there were no recalls on my car when in fact there were 2 and then tried to charge me. They also tried to keep my car for several days to do an hour job.

Horrible experience with this dealer. Avoid them. Had a deal in the works, everything was confirmed and in the settled. Just needed to sign. They sold the vehicle out from under us for $400 more to the next customer that inquired.

We bought a brand new $40K truck from a very nice salesman in 2008. It came with a 5 year factory warranty. Well, one month before the warranty was up, we started having serious issues with the truck and had it towed to Ada. They supposedly 'fixed' the 'minor' issue, and sent us packing, with a bill of $800. Two days later, the same problem. Now, six weeks in, we have to call the service department ourselves to check on the status of the part that was supposedly ordered a month ago.
