THE WORST! I have been caring for my elderly mother at home for three years. A&D Home Health Care were only cooperative when it suited them. Their upper management were on occasion rude and dismissive when and if they could be reached. Some staff members were even belligerent in our home. Affordable Home care was unable/unwilling to provide reliable staff even when funded by Medicare. I trust they will no longer be in business before you make the mistake of selecting them to "Care" for a loved one of yours. Half a star. This... read more
My home health aid/homemaker does a great job. My only issues have been multiple texts and phone calls to her during my hours. I really feel a client's care should be focused on the client and.calls/texts should be before or after individual clients. Emergencies happen but clients phone could be called to reach the caregiver .
