I rated this office a 1. To my opinion the unprofessionalism and disrespect in that office is unacceptable due to the current dentist in that office Dr. James Maina. The rudeness to the staff and patients alone is uncalled for, it should not be tolerated. If Acwroth Station Dental Care continues to keep this dentist on staff you will lose a lot of business.
The office is top notch, with all the current technologies. The front office ladies rock!
I have never felt such compassion from a dentist office. From the call I made (I was not a current patient) to explain my toothache where I was quickly added into the afternoon schedule, to the assistant who was very understanding of my nervousness, to the Dr, who when I apologized for raising my arm to indicate I felt some pain, patted my shoulder said, "It's ok. We want to make sure that you don't feel anything." I will definitely return to this office and encourage my family members to visit as well. Highly recommended.
I came to Dr. Maina for a second opinion on a proposed root canal from my previous doctor. I came away very impressed with Dr. Maina and his staff, especially Dana. Dr. Maina and his staff listened to my concerns about choosing a root canal ahead of a filling replacement. From the shots to replacing my filling, Dr. Maina did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Acworth Station Dental Care.
They made me feel so comfortable there! Even when there was some problems with my insurance, they made sure it was solved before I left! That, and the actually office and equipment is very pretty and modern.
This is a horrible dentist office! I...meaning me (and not Shavar Morgan) but myself, had a terrible experience and I will never go back! The dental hygienist did not know what she was doing on my first visit. I was there for several hours because their equipment wasn't working. I had to do the xrays several times before they realized what was wrong with the equipment.
